Become a Member

To join the Conway Elementary School PTA, please complete the PTA Membership Form and submit your payment via the online store. (If you'd prefer to pay by check, please make your check out to CES PTA and deliver to the front office).  Once your form and payment have been processed, you will receive PTA emails and SignUpGenius volunteer sign up forms for school events.

About the PTA

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a partnership between parents and educators who strive to enhance student learning and enrich the lives of the students and families within the school. It is also a forum for parents to connect, obtain knowledge, and voice their opinions about what is happening in their school.

The PTA provides an array of complimentary programs and events to our Conway families and/or staff. These programs include, but are not limited to, Ice Cream Social, Bus Driver Appreciation Lunch, 5th Grade Dare Graduation and Dare Day, Kindergarten Celebration, Trunk-or-Treat, Staff and Teacher Appreciation week, Movie Nights, Talent Show, and much more!  

In addition, we organize a Fun Run fundraising event to provide services and resources to our school and the community it serves.

1. Why become a member?

It's great for your kids. By volunteering, you are serving as an excellent role model to your children.  You are showing them that you care about them, their school, and their education. 

It's great for our school.  The events and programs provided by the PTA support our students, educators, and community. The funds raised from programs and activities directly benefit your child's educational experience. In the past, these funds have purchased new technology, flexible seating furnishings, and much more.

It's great for you. As a PTA member, you will stay informed of school activities and events. You'll have an opportunity to connect with other parents as well as teachers and school leaders. Members will also receive a PTA membership card, which once registered online, provides access to great discounts from State PTA sponsors.

Becoming a member of the PTA is a great way to get involved in your child's school.  As a member, you're helping support a variety of programs and events that provide a setting for administrators, staff, and community members to come together and improve the lives of children and families.

If you have ideas about how we can make events better or raise more money for our school, we welcome your input!

2. Who can join?

PTA Members can be parents, guardians, teachers/staff, grandparents, aunts, uncles – basically anyone concerned with our children’s education, health, and welfare.

3. What is the commitment?

Volunteering is not required, but it is definitely welcomed!  Your level of commitment is entirely up to you. There are many ways to get involved.  You can attend PTA meetings, sharing your thoughts and ideas, help plan events, donate items, or share a special skill or talent. Any time you give or item you donate is greatly appreciated. The PTA and Conway are grateful for any help you can provide.
