My Conway ROCKS! Rock Rentals

Looking for a rockin’ way to celebrate your student? Conway Elementary’s rock rental program is the perfect way to showcase birthdays, accomplishments, holidays, or special events!

1. Check the calendar below for openings.

2. Complete your application well in advance of your desired week.

3. Submit your payment online or to the front office (cash or check (made payable to Conway PTA) 

Choose from three prime locations to spread some school spirit:

Rock A: Closest to the Conway sign

Rock B: Right in the middle

Rock C: Closest to the bus ramp

⚠️ The Golden Rule: DIY Painting! **Please Note:** The Conway PTA provides the canvas, but **YOU provide the creativity!** Renters are entirely responsible for purchasing their own supplies and painting the rock. The school/PTA does not paint the rocks for you

💰 Pricing & Rental Schedule

Cost: $15 per week, per rock.

Schedule:  Rentals run from Saturday through the following Friday.

Availability: Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (Check the calendar below for available dates!)

📝 Rules & Guidelines for a Rockin' Design

To keep our campus looking great and safe for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Approval First: You must include your desired message on your application. The PTA Board will review it and send an email approval or request for edits.

Keep it Clean: All messages must be school-appropriate and follow the Stafford County Public Schools Code of Conduct. Inappropriate designs will be painted over immediately, and the contract signer will be fined $40.

Approved Supplies: You may use standard exterior paint or spray paint.

Leave No Trace: You are fully responsible for cleaning up the area when you are done. Do not leave paint cans or brushes behind, and ensure no paint gets on the surrounding grass, pavement, or other rocks.

Weather & Extensions: Your message will stay up for your designated week (and potentially longer if no one else has reserved it next). However, the PTA reserves the right to paint over it once your contract ends. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
